Where do you deliver to? We deliver anywhere in Australia and Internationally.Delivery FeeThere is a free delivery service to the Hobart and local Eastern shore areas, hospitals and funeral homes. A delivery fee will apply outside these areas. Delivery fees will be advised at the time the order is placed. Minimum spend $50 on flowers, flower design and arrangements to receive free delivery.Weekday DeliveriesIf orders are received prior to 4pm we can guarantee same day delivery. After 4pm orders may be delivered the following working day.Saturday DeliveriesWe can deliver your order on Saturday morning if it is placed before 11.30 am, local area only. After this time we can not guarantee delivery. It would then be delivered the following working day.International DeliveriesWe deliver internationally through our relay service;TELEFLORA. Orders are required to be placed 24 hours prior to delivery timeSundaysWe are closed on Sundays.Specific Delivery TimesYou may request a morning or afternoon delivery time. Please note it is not always possible to guarantee a specific time.Recipient not at homeIf the recipient is not at the location when the delivery is made, we will leave a "not at home" card in the recipient's letterbox. The gift will be placed in a secure location on the premises usually either at the front door or at the back door. If a suitable secure location is not found, the gift will be returned to the florist's premises. Additional delivery charges may apply if we have to deliver the gift more than once. Alternatively, the recipient may have to collect the order at our premise. Non DeliveriesWhilst every effort is made to ensure correct delivery, we do not guarantee the delivery of any product if one of the following occurs* Recipient refuses to accept delivery of the gift* Address provided is incorrect* Occupants are not at the location and do not respond to the "not at home" card left by our florist.In any of these circumstances, additional costs will be incurred by the sender.
